My fat burning secrets.
People always ask whats the secret or what shortcuts or supplements is their to take to burn off the fat quick and easy. In short their really is no secrets, its all in front of us to take on board.
1. diet. You eat crap you look crap. That's the simplest way to put it. Clean your diet and opt for healthier alternatives, example instead of battered or fried chicken/fish opt for grilled. simple changes like this can make a hell of a difference. Don't rely on meal replacements or protein powders but instead get whole foods in you, not only are they more sustainable and healthy for you but also much more satisfying and keep you full for longer. Much better choice if your putting yourself in a calorie deficit. The only time you should really need a meal replacement is if you really need to get something in you and have no time to get a solid meal in. Their should always be time though, if their is time for TV, time to check your social media updates and other things that steer us from life in general then all it takes is an hour to prep enough food for 1-3 days.
2. Cardio. its as simple as waking up 25min earlier every second day and going for a street walk, no reason to bump it up until its necessary. if you need to increase simply add 5min to each session before introducing an extra day. make gradual and small changes is best way.if morning empty stomach cardio doesn't work then straight after your weight training will be sufficient.
3.Supplements. I know I do sell supplements but one thing in 6 years i been in the industry i have always preached not to get too caught up with them nor to rely on them and i never forced or shoved supplements down people throats but instead educate them before adding supplements. after all they are suppplements, to fill in the gaps on anything you might be missing through nutrition. 2 supplements I do however use staple all year round whether cutting or adding lean mass is carnitine and caffeine. These 2 supplements before your cardio or workout can go a long way when it comes to dropping body fat. a dose of 5g for carnitine and caffeine at 100-300mg (find the dose specific for you) works brilliant.
4. Hydration. Water by far one of the most important thing that gets overlooked nowadays. your body is made up of almost 60% water and benefits in keeping the body balanced so be sure to keep fluid intake high all throughout the day. Dont rely on rubbish fluids such as soda, energy drinks but instead rely on natures best. :)
