🌸 Observe Without Attachment 🌸

A Tibetan monk once showed me a powerful way to observe:
He picked a flower, brought it close to his nose…
🌬️ Took a deep breath in
🌿 Held it
🕊️ Then slowly exhaled…

He didn’t speak my language, but his message was clear:
“Take in the energy. Observe. Then let go.”

Just like that breath, we can receive the beauty, the Qi, the wisdom around us—
✨ Without clinging
✨ Without judging
✨ Without needing to hold on

This is how nature teaches us.
This is how the masters live.

Remember GOOD, BETTER, BEST! Anytime you make for Qigong is Good!

Hello, my dear friends,

If someone has weak energy after an illness or operation, practice Qigong (moving of yin and yang) in the morning between 5:00am to 10:00am, this will help you build your energy much faster than the afternoon

If a person’s energy is very hyper, practice in the afternoon rather than the morning.

For people with strong anxiety, it is better to practice in the afternoon.

People with depression, should practice in the morning sun.

Overall, in the morning the Yang energy channels start working, such as the stomach, and lung channels. These channels help to detoxify and at the same time they gain a lot of energy for your body.

In the afternoon, the energy starts getting more yin, so your body is going to collect more energy to get ready for the evening and make balance in the body.

If you want to calm down or balance your energy in a certain area, practice in the afternoon, when the energy is more yin.

If you want to gain or activate or detoxify energy in a certain area, practice in the morning, when the energy in more yang.

Remember GOOD, BETTER, BEST! Anytime you make for Qigong is Good!

✨ Boost Your Energy Flow with a Simple Throat Massage ✨

Did you know? Eight major energy channels run through your throat. Keeping this area open and flowing is vital for your whole body’s health.

💆 How to practice:
Place two fingers (or thumb and finger) on both sides above your Adam’s apple. Gently massage downward toward your collarbone.

🕰️ Duration: 2–10 minutes
🔁 Frequency: As often as you like—multiple times a day is wonderful!

This simple self-healing technique strengthens energy circulation in your throat, supports your lungs, and helps your whole system stay balanced. 🌬️💖

For those people who have neck injury, you need to be more careful.

When your throat is doing good, that means your digestive system gets benefit. Your lungs, your kidneys, your liver, everything, and your thyroid. When we get older, we have that like turkey neck. By doing that, that can help you to exercise the muscle in your neck to help you to at least slowdown that process with turkey neck. Of course, don’t squeeze. Just stroke it down. Give a little bit pressure.

Now is the time to pay extra attention to the throat!

🍂 Everything is energy in different forms and there is really no good energy or bad energy until we think of it as good or bad or put it in the wrong position, creating too much energy in your body.
Energy can cause problems in the body, mind or emotions when the energy is not in balance or is in the wrong place.
Helpful to remember that sickness is only misplaced or extra energy in the body and that we can heal simply by returning the extra energy back to the universe. 🍂

Hello, my dear friends,

When you sit or stand erect you are helping to open the back channel along the spine which is the governing channel in the body. When you open your hand and spread your fingers a little, you are not only opening all the channels in your hand, but you are also opening the lung channel.

Raising both arms straight above your head is another simple qigong movement that helps to open energy channels in your lungs and can help clear your sinuses, help stop coughing, and even help with headaches. The more severe the problem the longer you will need to hold your arms up to open the energy channels.

These are simple Qigong movements that can be very helpful
