Not all digestion struggles are the same.
And they don’t need the same solutions.

Ayurveda describes digestion by qualities — not by labels.

🌬️ Cold & dry digestion often needs:
warmth · moisture · rhythm

🔥 Hot & sharp digestion often needs:
cooling · gentleness · regular meals

🪨 Heavy / sluggish (cold & oily) digestion often needs:
lightness · stimulation · warmth

This isn’t about fixing your body.
It’s about listening to it.

When you meet your digestion where it is, it can soften.
And then — it can change.

✨ Which one do you recognise today? Save this for your next meal.

Before making a choice today, try asking:

“Would I speak to someone I love this way?”

This question gently recalibrates:
• how hard you push
• how much you expect
• how kindly you respond

From an Ayurvedic perspective, healing deepens when care replaces criticism.

✨ Let love set the tone.

👉 Try this question once today.

Stress doesn’t look the same in every body.

🌬 Vata feels it as racing thoughts and nervous energy.
🔥 Pitta feels it as irritation, pressure and urgency.
🌱 Kapha feels it as heaviness, fatigue and withdrawal.

Different stress responses need different support — not the same advice.

✨ Which one shows up for you under pressure?

👉 Comment V, P or K.

One of the biggest reasons change feels hard isn’t resistance.

It’s self-pressure disguised as motivation.

Telling yourself:
“I should be better by now.”
“I should have figured this out.”
“I shouldn’t still feel this way.”

From an Ayurvedic lens, pressure contracts the system — and contracted systems don’t change easily.

✨ Change happens when the body feels safe, not judged.

👉 Notice one place you can release pressure today.

It can feel unsettling when energy dips, digestion feels off, or motivation wavers.

The mind quickly jumps to fixing.
The body is often asking for reconnection.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, healing begins when we listen for rhythm — not when we chase perfection.

✨ Nothing is broken.
You’re simply being invited back into sync.

👉 Save this for the days you forget.

February can quietly bring comparison.

You see others “on track”.
You think you should feel more motivated by now.

But healing isn’t linear — and it’s definitely not on a calendar.

Ayurveda teaches us to move with cycles, not deadlines.

✨ You’re not behind. You’re in process.

👉 Release one unrealistic timeline today.

Our Story

I’m a Nutrition & Health Coach and Personal Trainer. It’s my passion to guide and empower busy women to redesign their lives.

My eating philosophy:

  • I don’t believe in counting calories, deprivation or restriction in any kind, instead I believe in self-care, kindness, inspiration and nourishing your body with delicious wholefoods. I know that restricting foods, certain food groups or calories is not sustainable and once we start putting certain foods, food groups or calories back in the diet which we eventually will have to, we will unfortunately put on more weight than before (yo-yo effect) or even worse start a mental and physical on and off dieting cycle, which is neither fun nor healthy 📷

  • I believe that no one diet fits it all but that we are all different and that it is a matter of finding out which foods your body really thrives on.
