The Employee of the Month Award for November was awarded to Mark Fowler for his contribution and dedication to the team.

Mark strives for excellence, demonstrating consistent quality assurance skills and going above and beyond to help others. His commitment has been particularly evident during our busy periods, where he has put in extra hours to ensure tasks are completed on time.

In addition to his strong work ethic, Mark displays a thorough understanding of safety protocols and exemplifies professionalism and pride in everything he does.

Mark's dedication and consistent performance have earned him the well-deserved recognition as this month’s Employee of the Month.

🐮🐥 What a great day out at the Hahndorf Farm Barn! Participants had the opportunity to engage in hands-on experiences, such as feeding and interacting with the friendly farm animals, while learning all about life on the farm. 🐑🌾

Days like this are a fantastic way to promote confidence, independence, and well-being!

Last Friday, our Friday Fun Day Group had a great time at Belair National Park! 🌿✨ Participants played nature bingo; spotting all kinds of animals and plants while connecting with the beauty of the outdoors. 🐦🌸

Getting out into the community isn’t just about having fun—it’s about building connections, boosting well-being, and creating meaningful experiences. Whether it's discovering nature or experiencing new surroundings, these opportunities help participants connect, learn, and share fun moments together.

Did you know Southern Home & Community Options has partnered with The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award (Australia) to bring you Southern Youth Options. 🎉 This 6-month program is for young people aged 14-24. Participants can earn an international award while developing essential life skills, building connections, and boosting job prospects. Plus, if you're still in school, it counts towards your South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE)! 📚✨

We are pleased to recognise Owen Kidd as Employee of the Month for July, for his contributions and dedication over the past two years.

Last Friday was all about creativity, connection, and photographic expression!📸🎨
The Friday Fun Day group's adventure started at the beautiful Old Noarlunga Church, then headed to the park to feed the ducks 🦆. To finish the day, everyone visited d’Arenberg Wines for the incredible Salvador Dalí exhibition – so much colour, art, inspiration and happy snaps!

Another great day out! 🙌
