Just sharing a beautiful upcoming event you might love — Yin, Sound, Restore, a relaxing yin yoga class incorporating crystal singing bowls and a nourishing yoga nidra to finish. It’s a lovely way to unwind before the festive season begins.

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy start to 2025! 🎄✨

Thank you for your incredible support throughout the year and for your understanding when I’ve had to adjust appointments to accommodate my university schedule. Your patience and kindness truly mean the world to me🩷🙏🏼
