I've added a section to my website to share some self-care health practises that you can add to your daily routine to improve and maintain your health. I use these myself - they are simple, easy to do and only take a few minutes. I've added 3 items to start with and will add more over time:
- Lymphatic drainage to reduce congestion and inflammation
- Sinus rinse to help with congestion, colds and sinusitis
- Vagus nerve activation to help with relaxation, anxiety and stress.
