I AM STILL LIVING MY LIFE 🙌💛
My name is Susette Jarvis.
I will be 65 this May 2026.
I have loved deeply in this life — especially my children. A mother’s love does not fade with time, distance, or silence. It simply changes shape. Three of my children stay close, reaching out with love, visits, and kind words that warm my heart. One has chosen a different path, one that has created space between us. And while that space once brought pain, now it has brought me understanding.
I have learned something important.
Our children are not meant to be our whole world forever. They grow, they build their own lives, their own families, their own realities. The love remains, but their journey is theirs — just as mine is mine. Holding on too tightly only brings suffering. Letting go with love brings peace.
As I grow older, life whispers new truths to me.
Time is precious. I may not be here tomorrow, as it is never promised. My body asks for care, not neglect. My mind asks for gentleness, not worry. My heart asks for peace, not struggle.
So, I have made a quiet promise to myself.
I will love my children - always, with my whole heart - I will always be here when and if they need me - but I will no longer lose myself in waiting, longing, or wishing things were different. I honour what is, I release what I cannot control and I choose happiness and peace over judgements and pain.
I will care for myself with intention.
I will walk, breathe, stretch, and nurture this body that has carried me through so much.
I will protect my peace.
I will live my days with purpose, not regret.
I will still grow.
I will still learn.
I will still become.
Because life does not end when children grow up.
It simply returns us to ourselves, to who we were meant to be.
I am not alone.
I am not forgotten.
and I still matter.
And while I may be growing older, I am still living my life — fully, consciously, and with love.
Not finished.
Not fading.

Empathy is one of the most beautiful qualities we can carry. It allows us to understand, to soften, to connect, and to hold space for another’s world.
But empathy was never meant to cost you your emotional safety, your peace, or your self-respect.
Empathy is powerful, but it must have boundaries.
You can listen, understand, encourage, and show up — but if someone continually takes, demands validation, and threatens abandonment when you don’t comply, empathy alone will never heal that dynamic.
In those moments, empathy must gently turn inward.
Because staying in emotional harm is not kindness.
Silencing your needs is not compassion.
And losing yourself is not love.
Self-empathy is the moment you say,
“I matter too.”
“My feelings count.”
“My wellbeing deserves protection.”
This is not selfishness.
This is emotional maturity.
This is healing.
This is coming home to yourself.

Susette’s Story: A victim of bullying and harassment in the workplace which caused me severe anxiety and adjustment disorder, I suffered for over three years with panic attacks, shaking uncontrollably, heart palpitations, sweats and dark thoughts of not wanting to be here. I struggled with stand alone traditional CBT and Counselling.
After being diagnosed by my doctor, I went on a low dose of anti anxiety medication which did calm my mind down enough for me to go on a journey to find out what would help me heal and Break the anxiety forever, without being dependant on drugs.
I went in search of and found that Meridian Tapping (a form of acupuncture without needles) combined with CBT, Clinical Hypnosis and Energy healing therapy was pivotal in helping me heal. In other words talking therapy alone was not enough.
I found that to heal you must get deep into the subconscious part of the brain to find the core of the problem and then work on changing those self limiting beliefs and emotions, and re-wiring the brain to being positive, calm and peaceful.
Now I am 100% committed to helping others overcome their suffering faster by combining and applying these holistic therapies which worked quickly and effectively in helping me Break Free from my anxiety!
I want to give people the tools that they can use themselves at home to get control of their life back again.
I decided to further my studies and learn all the techniques that I had used, so that I can now offer to you a Complete Holistic service where I can teach you and show you where your stuck emotions come from, I will explain why those emotions are holding you back and how you can move forward. I will give you the tools that you can use each day to heal yourself. After your first session I do a personalised recording based on your story for you to listen to at night which includes positive subliminal messages, so that you can change the way you think and feel.
You will be amazed at how quickly you can heal when you apply these tools in your everyday life.
Having been a sufferer of Severe Anxiety and Adjustment Disorder, I fully understand what you are going through and will guide and help you every step of the way in a safe protected environment.
