Right now… just pause for a moment.
Take a slow breath in through your nose…
and gently exhale through your mouth.
Nothing else needs to be done right now.
You don’t need to solve anything…
you don’t need to figure everything out.
In the beginning, the narcissist can appear warm, funny, caring… even deeply attentive.
There’s an intensity about them that feels almost magnetic, and for someone who feels deeply, that connection can feel very real… very special.
You may find yourself thinking, “I’ve finally met someone who understands me.”
But over time, something begins to feel off.
And instead of walking away, you may start to make excuses…
telling yourself they’ve been hurt, that they’re struggling, that they just need love.
Because when you have a caring heart, you don’t want to give up on people…
you want to help them heal.
But what often happens is this…
you begin pouring your energy into someone who is not truly open to change.
And slowly, you start losing yourself in the process.
There may come a moment where you realise…
no matter how much you give, it will never be enough.
And that’s when something shifts within you.
Not anger… not revenge…
but a quiet knowing.
A deep inner understanding that it’s time to choose yourself.
And sometimes, that choice doesn’t come with explanations.
It comes with silence.
Not as punishment…
but as protection.
Not because you don’t care…
but because you finally care about yourself enough to walk away.

👉You don’t need to explain your boundaries to someone who repeatedly crossed them.

There often comes a moment when a deeply caring person realises that their kindness, patience, and understanding have been taken for granted for far too long.
Empaths are naturally compassionate. They try to explain, to forgive, and to give people the benefit of the doubt. They often set boundaries many times, hoping the other person will understand and change.
But when those boundaries are repeatedly ignored or used against them, something inside begins to shift.
Eventually, the empath reaches a quiet point of clarity.
At that moment, they understand that continuing to explain themselves will not bring change. The person causing the hurt may never recognise the harm they have caused, and sometimes sharing boundaries simply gives that person more information to continue the same behaviour.
So the empath makes a decision.
Not out of anger, but out of self-respect.
They simply close the door and walk away.
There is no need for arguments, long explanations, or trying to be understood.
The peace they gain by walking away becomes far more valuable than the pain of staying.
And once that decision is made, the chapter is complete.🙌🙏

Your Worth Is Not Defined by Someone Else’s View
Sometimes we forget that we appear differently in every person’s story.
To some people, we are kind and compassionate.
To others, we may seem too sensitive or emotional.
Some people see strength in the way we speak our truth.
Others may interpret that same strength as selfishness or arrogance.
Some feel safe in our presence and appreciate our open hearts.
Others may misunderstand that openness entirely.
The truth is, every person sees us through the lens of their own life experiences—
their upbringing, their wounds, their beliefs, and the expectations they carry.
Because of this, two people can look at the very same person and see something completely different.
And that perception has very little to do with who we truly are.
It simply reflects the story they carry within themselves.
When we spend our lives trying to control how others see us, we slowly lose sight of who we really are.
True peace comes when we realise that our worth was never meant to be measured by someone else’s opinion.
Your value does not rise or fall depending on who approves of you.
Your worth is something far deeper.
It lives in your heart, your intentions, your courage to keep growing, and your willingness to keep showing up in the world as your authentic self.
At the end of the day, the most important relationship you will ever have is the one you hold with yourself.
When you learn to see your own value clearly, the opinions of others begin to lose their power.

Susette’s Story: A victim of bullying and harassment in the workplace which caused me severe anxiety and adjustment disorder, I suffered for over three years with panic attacks, shaking uncontrollably, heart palpitations, sweats and dark thoughts of not wanting to be here. I struggled with stand alone traditional CBT and Counselling.
After being diagnosed by my doctor, I went on a low dose of anti anxiety medication which did calm my mind down enough for me to go on a journey to find out what would help me heal and Break the anxiety forever, without being dependant on drugs.
I went in search of and found that Meridian Tapping (a form of acupuncture without needles) combined with CBT, Clinical Hypnosis and Energy healing therapy was pivotal in helping me heal. In other words talking therapy alone was not enough.
I found that to heal you must get deep into the subconscious part of the brain to find the core of the problem and then work on changing those self limiting beliefs and emotions, and re-wiring the brain to being positive, calm and peaceful.
Now I am 100% committed to helping others overcome their suffering faster by combining and applying these holistic therapies which worked quickly and effectively in helping me Break Free from my anxiety!
I want to give people the tools that they can use themselves at home to get control of their life back again.
I decided to further my studies and learn all the techniques that I had used, so that I can now offer to you a Complete Holistic service where I can teach you and show you where your stuck emotions come from, I will explain why those emotions are holding you back and how you can move forward. I will give you the tools that you can use each day to heal yourself. After your first session I do a personalised recording based on your story for you to listen to at night which includes positive subliminal messages, so that you can change the way you think and feel.
You will be amazed at how quickly you can heal when you apply these tools in your everyday life.
