"Chris is a great guy and really knows his stuff. Had a few niggles and every time I have seen him he’s always got me back on track with the right plan!

I pulled my back when I was squatting and the issue was actually something which stemmed from the hip which Chris explained. Within a few sessions I was lifting and training feeling like brand new.

Until I started seeing Chris. He identified my injury straight away and after a few sessions the pain was gone. After just one session, Chris got me walking back to normal and I had range of motion in my knee again. He was very consultative, thorough and listened to my concerns with genuine care. He managed to fit me in for an Initial consultation asap and soon after had me on the recovery bed. He managed to diagnose my issue, work out a full recovery plan and get me moving again within 1 session.
