We are so lucky at CM Wellness to have you as part of our team. You bring such joy, knowledge, and compassion into everything you do, always putting the best interests of our clients first.

This year is even more special as we celebrate not only your birthday but also a huge milestone — 8 years in remission 🙌. A big congratulations from all of us, and we’re proud to have raised money towards bone marrow transplants in your honour.

Shout out to our man Harry!! 🙌💪

Over the last few months, Harry has been putting in the work and the results speak for themselves — over 15kg down and feeling stronger in more ways than one. 🔥

But it’s not just about the physical changes… Harry has learnt so many tools to help regulate his emotions, which he’s now using at school to stay calm, focused, and in control.

His consistency has been a huge part of these results — showing up, putting in the effort, and trusting the process.

Also, a massive shoutout to , who’s been Harry’s main coach. Such a great combo — the energy, the commitment, and the teamwork is next level.

Dom has been a part of the CM Wellness family for over 6 years now — and what a journey it’s been 🙌🏼

When Dom first joined us, his goals were clear:
• Work on managing anxiety
• Get a job
• Live independently
• Build real friendships
• Improve his health
• And create meaningful, authentic relationships

Fast forward to today…
✨ Dom has been working for over a year (and recently got promoted!)
✨ He’s lost over 15kg
✨ He’s living independently (for over 2 years now!)
✨ He works with on healthy cooking and independence
✨ He’s built solid, healthy relationships — and most importantly, with himself.
