Please call Health Matters Medical Centre on 8285 8888 if you are needing to cancel your appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling less than one hour before your appointment time will also be viewed as failure to attend. As a result of this, other sick patients are turned away that could other wise could have been seen.

If you do not attend and do not call to cancel they may be a fee.

IMPORTANT BILLING UPDATE - Effective 1st November 2025
We are pleased to inform our patients that from 1st November onwards; all Standard Consultations will be BULK BILLED. This means that all Medicare eligible patients will not incur any out-of-pocket costs for standard GP visits.

PLEASE NOTE:
While Medicare covers a wide range of services, not all appointments can be subsidized. Procedures will continue to attract a gap payment due to the additional resources required.
If you are unsure whether your appointment will include a fee, please speak with our kind reception staff. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

The BreastScreen SA mobile screening unit is visiting Salisbury Community Hub this November!

Women aged 40 and over, especially 50 to 74, are eligible for a free breast screen.

The free screening takes just 15 minutes, and you don’t need a doctor’s referral.
