Conscious wellness, women's health and mediation services, guided group ceremony and personal healin I began my journey as a medicine woman.

Having a very deep interest and passion in conscious health and well-being, whilst along my spiritual path. I endeavoured on a journey of self love and slowly as I got closer to knowing myself inside and out I was shown that over the years I suffered from several food intolerances and sensitivities. I began to service myself by seeking nutrition within food and create recipes which were beaming full of love and abundant in healthy good vibrations, pairing this gift with sacred ancient and modern wisdom on spiritual practise, it wasn't long before I began to change my general outlook on food and my environment, eventually I managed to communicate so well with nature it spoke for me through my nourishment and choices. Embodying all elements and using them to heal and balance my being. I invite you on a journey of healing through elements, spiritual practice and the uncovering of wisdom left behind by tribes, societies and elders of the past. incorporating sustainable alternatives, nutrition, reiki, crystal therapy, theta therapy and holistic guidance. Guided group and single meditations and workshops, sacred women's and combined groups, personal healing sessions and guidance, personal cooking and event catering, community awareness and development, Tarot and crystal readings. I welcome you on this journey through self discovery. Blessings

We are unfurling, like the perfumed blossoms of spring, our buds have formed and have begun their journey towards the sun.

There are nameless, countless, infinite ways we can tell ourselves we are not whole, complete or worthy. That there are missing pieces, that we don't have the right ones or that we are still a WIP.

But what if the rituals we practice daily, like opening our eyes to first light, putting water in the kettle, brushing our teeth, dressing or movement, what if every act was an act of service to self love, in ceremony and reverence.

Here at Sana this is our ethos, ceremony in the everyday, magic in the mundane, ritualising each action and moment.

What better way to slow down and give thanks, than to begin with ourselves 🌱🌀

✨ The Light Within ✨

We are all Frequency, Light, Love

Matter is just sound and energy compressed to a certain frequency that manifests to us as physical, tangible, miraculous.

Did you know that here we tune into specific light codes and sound frequencies with each of our products?

Everything created here is steeped for 40 days and nights according to specific astrological codexes, according to the Solar Logos and Lunar phases, to imbue within each product finely tuned light codes.

We compliment these with the use of Acutonics finely tuned planetary tuning forks, each frequency and octave specifically chosen to compliment all of our products. The light codes held within are not only celestial but also sonic, transcending all matter and redefining the base products themselves.

This is what sets our range apart from all others. This alchemical process to bring Ritual into the everyday. To open us up to bring magic into the mundane. These oils, body care tools and self care rituals are sincerely ceremony for the body as the altar.

After many moons deciding on how Sana will launch and what labels to choose and how often to stock etc.

I have come back to how this all began for me, as a ritual of devotional self care. A seasonal, small batch uniquely coded and crafted for each season with harmonics and signatures for that particular timeline, I fused with solar and lunar codes for forty days and nights. Hand processed, activated with tuning forks and frequencies throughout the gestation period. Prayers infused and love poured in.

Sana will be launching for Winter and will stock a run of products each season.

There will be a range that will be available at each store opening (which will be only for a limited time each season and limited to the stock made that run) as well as some seasonal specific products including body butters or ceremonial ritual oils.

All labels will be hand written, as all bottles are ceremonially crafted, intentionally cared for and handled.

We can't wait to share more of this magic with you, to brighten up the mundane
