What better way to celebrate Valentine’s Day than a story about Tony & Chris, who met at Club Active, and are now MARRIED!

A story about connection, health, and growing stronger together.

Tony and Chris didn’t just find a place to train. They found a place to belong.

Today marks a defining moment for Club Active. With the official opening of Club Active Coffs Harbour, we proudly welcome our 10th location, and take another step forward in our mission to change the way Australia ages.

This milestone represents more than growth. It represents belief in safe, clinically guided movement. Belief in community. Belief that ageing can be strong, confident, and empowering.

Coffs Harbour now has a new home for over 50s health. A place to move with confidence, feel supported, and take control of the future.

Our in-house allied health clinic offers the expertise of Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists and Dietitians.

Our Exercise Physiologists can help improve:

Heart health, diabetes, falls prevention, pre- and post-operative care, muscular and skeletal rehabilitation, osteoarthritis, hip and knee replacement, respiratory, orthopaedic, as well as neurological training to assist with Alzheimer’s prevention.
