Last day of the 6 week challenge👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

We started with an awesome yoga session with the amazing Tara from followed by breakfast at the Wave Cafe. Such a lovely and relaxing way to celebrate all the hard work that these beautiful people put in over the past 6 weeks. They achieved some amazing results not just in their measurements but fitness levels, strength and most importantly confidence and self-love! I'm so grateful they chose me to be a part of their wellness journey's and excited for whats in store for the future.
