Last night's Sacred Cacao Ceremony, Meditation and healing with Sue Shaw Wellbeing was such a divine experience with a group of beautiful ladies who were ready to receive and connect in this heart-opening and sacred space. With hearts full and smiles wide, it was a blissful way to start the weekend.

Another beautiful offering at the centre with Kylie Beer from Rebel Heart Journeys, this is such a deep, vibrational healing experience and soooo relaxing.

I love my Tibetan Sound Healing Bowls. They sing so beautifully and can vibrate for a very long time.

Other than looking and sounding amazing, they are wonderful healing tools. Each one is tuned to a different frequency which align with the different chakras.

I had a wonderful session earlier this week with a client who had never experienced bowls used in this way. She loved it so much that this is now going to become her go to monthly healing modality!

I place the different bowls on the body along the meridians and chakras in a particular order so it shifts any energy blocks out of the system.

It is like receiving a massage that goes much deeper than the muscles and tissues.

We're growing again and welcome another practitioner to the Collective Soul Centre starting Tuesday 11 November.

The lovely Donna Grace who will be offering Remedial Massage and one-on-one spiritual guidance and alignment coaching sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as weekly Soulful Movement Classes on Thursdays at 10am-11am in the Temple Space.

Donna has walked a profound path of transformation, rising from the depths of trauma and adversity to embody resilience, compassion, and grace. Having overcome many challenges, she brings an authenticity and depth of understanding to her work that can only come from lived experience.

For over 30 years, yoga has been her anchor and medicine, and for the past decade, she has shared its wisdom as a devoted teacher.

As a passionate guide, healer, and teacher, Donna Grace is dedicated to helping others live in alignment with their truth, cultivating joy, peace, and harmony from within.

Her offerings draw on more than 20 years of experience in wellness, bodywork, yoga, and astrology, weaving together practical embodiment with soulful insight. It's all happening this month at the Collective Soul Centre, with new workshops, events, and new Practitioners joining the team!

Vanessa will be joining us on Mondays in the Sapphire Room with her blissfully relaxing hot stone massage treatments. Be sure to book a spot and feel the tension in your body completely release as you relax and surrender under her gentle and flowing touch.

I am thrilled & excited to share that from Monday Nov 3rd I will be locating my Relaxation & Hot Stone Massage to the beautiful Collective Soul Centre 1202 Old Port Rd Royal Park.

I will offer this compassionate heart centred service from Collective Soul Centre every Monday while continuing to offer from my Glanville location on Friday & Saturdays. ( weeknights by negotiation).
