NYD: RISE UP WITH RADIANCE 🔥🌸 🔔

Join me for New Year’s Day 2-hr immersive practice + puja, devoted to awakening the energy of the yoga goddess Lakshmi inside of you.

In the Hindu/yoga tradition Lakshmi is the goddess of fertility, growth, good fortune, wealth and abundance. An appropriate energy to support beginning again.

Following some yoga, kriya + a sound healing we will sit in circle together, set our intentions for the year ahead, throw our self-limiting beliefs into the fire of transformation, and bathe in Lakshmi’s golden light through ceremony and carefully guided devotional/bhakti practices

You will discover how to ask for her blessings: for you, your loved ones and all beings everywhere.

You will learn rituals and practices to weave Lakshmi into your daily life and receive a gorgeous goodie bag to take home with all the necessary tools to do so.

About Lydia

Hi, I’m Lydia and this is not about me. I am just the vessel through which the practices flow.

These Yogic practices are sacred to me and I am grateful to my teachers who helped me to see the light in the dark cave of my wondering.

But now it’s up to me to keep remembering that it’s there.

This is why I practice. Practice chanting the Name (of the Divine), gently moving my body and allowing my body and mind to rest.
