🎁 Kids in Need Christmas Wrapping - Volunteers Needed! 🎁

It’s that time of year again when we roll out the paper, tie the ribbons, and wrap up some Christmas magic for kids in need! 🌟

We’re calling on our incredible volunteers to help us bring joy to children across South Australia through our Kids in Need Christmas Wrapping sessions.

📍 Location: Michell Wool Warehouse, 1506 Main North Road, Salisbury South
📅 Dates: December 1, 2, 8 & 9

Here’s how to join in the fun:

Once you’ve registered, we’ll confirm your rostered spot.

🌟 Elizabeth South Property Update 🌟

I’m pleased to share that the Metcalf Group SA Elizabeth South dwelling is now fully tenanted. All participants have moved in and are settling in well, and the property has been handed over in great condition.

As the property manager overseeing handover and maintenance, it’s great to see the home fully occupied. MG Management SA will continue to ensure the property remains well-maintained and that any required works are completed promptly.

Looking forward to supporting the ongoing upkeep of this great home!

At MG Management SA, we take pride in being trusted SA property managers for SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation) dwellings.

Our role goes beyond simply overseeing the properties — we ensure a smooth handover process, coordinate ongoing maintenance, and uphold the highest standards of safety and compliance.
We are dedicated to maintaining the safety features of each dwelling through regular servicing and inspections, making sure that everything remains in top condition and meets all safety regulations.

We take maintenance requests seriously, acting with prompt response to ensure that safety and comfort are never compromised. Our team is committed to looking after these homes with care and attention, providing peace of mind for residents and stakeholders alike.

Currently, we manage multiple dwellings covering all of metropolitan Adelaide, with 38 dwellings on our books, and our portfolio is continuously growing.
