I have always been around sports played Premier NZ Rugby League, average basketball player, played touch, mucked around with weights, never liked running unless it was in a game of some sorts. In my younger years I had been able to eat what ever I liked because my metabolism allow that to happen, without me putting on weight. I always wanted to put weight on and get some size, well you have to be careful what you wish for because never had I been able to get past 85kg, years later still training, not really watching what I was eating increased my weight to 114.6kg.
30 years down the track I still train with my friends and family from our home, we have a great group of champions after the same goals to eat healthy , train hard, always learning, acting on what we know and then sharing it with others. This is why I have created this page as a forum where we can help people with there fitness which will be at NO COST, because it is something we enjoy doing, we will offer you some key information that will help you with an edge which WILL help you loose weight, which is optional. As we have created this journey we hope to help others do the same after my 30 days I will post some pictures that will either give you hope, inspire you or make you sick lol.
