Iโ€™ve said it before and Iโ€™ll say it again - consistency is key and keep it simple!

I teach classes five days a week, of which four are leg dominant, so I really donโ€™t feel like doing heavy weights, especially legs ๐Ÿ˜ฉ. I know the importance of doing regular strength training, so twice a week, whether I feel like it or not, I go and train. Sometimes I donโ€™t have the energy to go super heavy, but I still train.

Just like drinking water, eating nutritious food, showering, sleeping and resting, I know strength training is a non-negotiable as I train for my old lady body and a quality life with independence ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
