We offer fantastic value

Home care in Australia should be accessible by everyone. Given the quality of our home care and the experience of our individual carers, we offer exceptional value for your money. Thinking about switching care providers?

Glenda did and felt the difference from the first call.

After months of inconsistent support, unfamiliar workers, and poor communication (even simple requests were missed), she reached out to HomeCaring.

The transfer was smooth, services started exactly when promised, she now receives on-time, itemised invoices and has a support worker who “just gets on with it.”

If your current provider isn’t working for you, we can help you make the switch without the headache. Simply message us here.

Tips to save your family’s best memories.

This week, invite Mum or Dad (or someone special) to share a memory. Such as how they met, a favourite recipe, the song they danced to, or the toughest thing they overcame. Grab your phone and press record. These moments become treasures for grandkids and future generations.

If you're stuck, here are some easy ways to start:
- Ask one question over a cuppa and record for 5–10 minutes
- Snap photos of old albums and add simple captions (“Nan’s 21st, 1964”)
- Film a recipe walkthrough or a garden tour

Celebrate your family's stories.

Prefer a quiet morning? Love the buzz of your local Australia Day event? Choose what feels right. Build the day around comfort: a short outing before it’s hot, a shady spot for lunch, a favourite film in the afternoon. Little decisions make the whole day easier.

Know your rights in care - start the year with clarity.

You have the right to be treated with dignity, to make choices, to give informed consent, to privacy and safe care, to see your records, and to speak up if something isn’t right. Our plain-English guide explains what each right means and how to use them in everyday care: https://bit.ly/48eyozd

At HomeCaring Vermont, we believe care works best when people understand their rights - and providers listen.

If you have any questions after reading the guide, reach out to us on 0417 186 232
