Throughout his career, he has served as an Osteopath, Anatomy Educator, Personal Trainer, Exercise Consultant, Ergonomics Consultant, Home Care Therapist, and Mobile Masseuse, among others. This extensive experience has provided Ethen with a deep understanding of the human body and a unique perspective on how to enhance physical well-being. Drawing from his rich background, he now specialises in offering a blend of structural and indirect hands-on treatments, complemented by exercise rehabilitation advice. Ethen shares, “Having spent considerable time training and interacting with people from various walks of life, I’ve observed their journeys through exercise, injury, and disease. This has fostered a natural affinity within me to help others optimize their physical potential while alleviating their discomfort.”
He believes strongly in the power of osteopathic hands-on therapy, stating, “Osteopathy plays a crucial role in easing physical discomfort and reassuring people, whether young or old, that their bodies are capable of recovery.
