Whether you're a beginner or experienced practitioner, my personalized approach ensures each class is a rewarding experience. Karma Garden Yoga is all about you! Whether you are just starting your Yoga journey or are an adept Yogi – Karma Garden Yoga can help. A variety of classes are taught, exploring many differing Yoga styles and techniques. From 1-on-1 and small group private classes, through to larger group classes. Karma Garden studio provides a truly unique experience offering more personalised yoga tailored to suit the individual. This allows students to get the most out of each class along with the use of yoga props such as inversion therapy.
