We've been working hard on our culture and trying new ways to support and inspire our staff to be their best selves at work and at home. Today, we’re showcasing 3️⃣ powerful exercises to support bone mineral density:
✅ Squats
✅ RDLs (Romanian Deadlifts)

When we think about improving bone strength, it’s all about applying enough load to stimulate the body’s natural bone remodelling process.
