Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the tragic incident at the Walcha Showground last night.
To the families, friends, and loved ones of those injured — the entire Innertia community sends our deepest condolences and support.

A huge thank you to the first responders, medical teams, volunteers, and every person who stepped in to help. Moments like this remind us how strong regional communities truly are, and how much we rely on each other when things go wrong.

If you were there, know someone involved, or are feeling the weight of what happened — please talk to someone. Events like this can stay with you, and you don’t have to carry that alone.

Happy Monday everyone!

Submissions are now open to join in on One Foot Forward challenge.
This year I'm putting myself through my paces (pun intended) through the month of October BY CLIMBING 2,000 FLOORS ON THE STAIRMASTER!
2,000 is my target, but when I hit it (NOT 'IF' I HIT IT!) I'll be continuing through to see how many floors I can conquer 🤘

It's Friday night. You’re at your bar, and I’m at mine.
You’ve got a cold, frothy one in your hand in a crowded pub with the noise drowning your thoughts.
I’m sitting on this bench, drenched in sweat, gripping a shaker full of protein and pain.

Same night. Different drinks. Different demons.

I used to be at your bar every weekend. Blurring the edges. Escaping. Dying slow.
Now I come here to feel it all. The burn. The silence between sets. The war in my head I finally stopped running from.

And nah, I’m not judging you.
Because truth is, I’m still scared to sit back at your bar.
Just like you might be scared to sit down at mine.

But if you ever want to trade noise for stillness…
If you ever want to feel everything instead of nothing…
