One year ago I started my third health qualification after my:
Certificate IV Nutrition - Health & Wellness
Certificate IV Nutrition - Sports Nutrition

For the last year I have been studying with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and have completed my certificate in Health Coaching.

I decided to take on this study because I felt my Nutrition qualifications gave me the physiological and biological information about food and nutrition, but not the psychology to create lasting change in clients.

IIN looks beyond what a client “should” be eating and looks at all the habits in our life that contributes to our overall health. Things such as sleep, movement, social contacts, relationships, and family. Then uses the information to help motivate healthy habits, whilst looking at any limiting factors. It treats the person as a whole, not merely prescribing a list of food.

I have found that over the year with IIN, my practice has evolved as I have put these processes to the test with my clients.

Consistently the results have been nothing but positive.

The IIN course has been exactly what I hoped it would be. It has even helped me kick my sugar habit once and for all❤️ I
