One thing we learnt at Mental Health First Aid training is that a conversation does not need to end when someone says they are not ready to seek help.

A simple question like “Is there a reason why?” can open the door a little wider.
It can help you understand what they are feeling, what might be holding them back, and whether there are fears or misconceptions you can gently talk through together.

Sometimes support looks like listening without judgement and keeping the conversation going.
Small moments like this can make a big difference. 💙

Grab your mates and join us for the Charity Bowls Challenge this February and March. 💙

The competition kicks off on Thursday 19 February at 6.15pm (registrations from 5.45pm) and runs for 4 weeks.

Teams of three, $10 per player per night, BBQ included, with two games played each evening. Best of all, teams can nominate which of the four participating organisations they would like to support, including us!

So tag your mates or work crew in the comments and lock this one in.
What a great excuse to get together and do some good while you are at it!

Creating change starts with one conversation. 💬

At Project 365, we believe that real change begins when people come together to talk, to listen, and to look out for one another.
Through music, community and conversation, we are breaking down the stigma around mental health and helping people feel safe to reach out for support.

If you would like to learn more about Project 365 or get involved, visit our website, message us here, or say hello when you see us around town. We would love to chat. 💙

2025 gave us so much to be proud of.

🎶 3,000+ people at Avian Park for Bringing Light to the Dark.
🕺 A Gala Ball that raised more than $72k.
📚 Another full round of Mental Health First Aid Scholarships for our community.

In 2026 we will see a dedicated Mental Health Round in the Ovens and Murray AFL League, and we cannot wait to bring this message to even more people. 🏉

Thank you to everyone who has supported us, volunteered with us and believed in us. We couldn't do any of this without you. 💙

Closing out a big year with the band. 💙

Huge thanks to Old Faithfulls Brew Bar for having us, and to this incredible crew for everything you have poured into Project 365 this year.

The conversations, the care, the time and the belief all matter more than you know.

Here’s to connection, community, and taking this energy with us into what’s next.

The festive season can be an exciting time of year, but it can also be really hard for people who are feeling alone, overwhelmed or disconnected.

If you know someone who might find the holidays tough, remember to check in with them. Let them know you are there. It may be the conversation they have been waiting for. 💬

From Pete and the whole Project 365 team, we wish you a very Merry Christmas. 🎄💙

Our two-day The Mental Health Coach course has wrapped, and our participants are walking away more informed, more confident, and more capable of supporting the people around them.

These skills might fly under the radar but their impact ripples out into families, workplaces, teams, and neighbourhoods. Every person who shows up for this training helps make our community a little safer, a little kinder, and a lot more aware.

And to our sponsors… thank you.
Your support is what makes opportunities like this accessible. You’re helping build a community where more people know how to look out for each other, and that matters.💙

Because of you, we can keep making a difference. 💙

A huge thank you to our sponsors, supporters and everyone who’s helped us raise the funds that make our community initiatives possible.

Your support directly funds Mental Health First Aid Scholarships, giving local businesses the opportunity to train their teams to recognise, respond to and support those facing mental health challenges.

Together, we’re helping create workplaces and communities that are safer, stronger and more connected.

That first conversation can change everything. 💬

At Project 365, we’re passionate about creating spaces where real conversations about mental health can happen - in workplaces, at home, and across our community.
Because when we talk, we remind each other we’re not alone.

It’s ok not to be ok.
And it’s always ok to talk about it. 💙

Share this with someone who might need to hear it today.

Calling local leaders, business owners and community changemakers. 💬

If you’re part of a workplace, club or organisation in Wangaratta or surrounds, this is your chance to make a real difference.

We’re proud to give 24 locals the opportunity to complete Mental Health First Aid training this December, facilitated by The Mental Health Coach

This training gives people the confidence to recognise, respond to and support someone facing a mental health challenge, helping to create safer, stronger and more connected workplaces and communities.

If you’re ready to make mental health a priority in your workplace or team, apply now. 💙 https://loom.ly/O_knLPU
