Free Webinar Announcement! Live and Recorded for up to 14 days.
Round in Loops: Understanding Communication Patterns for Autistic and ADHD’ers in Relationships.

This is a neuroaffirming webinar, where I speak from both lived and clinical experience with neurodivergent couples, as well as drawing upon the relevant literature. Further, it includes communication strategies that are supportive of differences in communication profiles, rather than encouraging neuronormative standards. This webinar is for clients, or people wanting to understand more about their neurotypes - but does NOT count as PD.

This Webinar is for You if:

- You are an Autistic or ADHD individual looking to better understand your communication patterns with your partner
- You are an Autistic or ADHD individual that might not be able to afford couple or partnership therapy but are looking for some practical strategies that you can apply at home
- You currently experience misinterpreting and miscommunications in your relationship, or get stuck on the ‘loop’ of repetitive conversations

This webinar might NOT be for you if:

- You are someone that struggles to receive honest or blunt truths
- You are not ready to face accountability for your role within the relationship and communication
- You are looking for neurotypical-based strategies as a short-term fix to your communication differences (i.e., you want to maintain the loop).

What will be included in this webinar?

- About the Autistic, ADHD and PDA neurotypes
- The six common patterns of miscommunication within Autistic and ADHD partnerships
- Six neuroaffirming strategies and social scripts to navigate miscommunications and promote repair
- Promotion of our online lover portal, built for Autistic and ADHD individuals looking to explore intimacy across all domains!
- Q+A as a little taste-tester to see what we have on offer and the individualised support that can be gained from our services
- PROMO OFFER: Sign-up details for the portal and first month discount information (stick around, as this deal will only last for 14 days!).

Low back pain? 🏋️‍♀️ Health Revolution Warnervale has you covered! Persistent low back pain not only includes physical symptoms but often involves psychological factors, such as fear of movement or anxiety about pain. At Health Revolution, patients have access to an on-site psychologist who is experienced in using CBT to address these challenges. Let's talk about pain.

Pain is something so many of us deal with but often don’t fully understand.

As a physiotherapist, I spend a lot of time helping people manage pain—whether it’s a sudden flare-up or that nagging, persistent kind.

Here’s the thing: pain isn’t just a physical sensation. It’s incredibly complex - involving a mix of physical, psychological, social, emotional, and environmental factors.

The good thing here, is that this means there are many avenues we can use to manage and treat pain.

Unfortunately, many of us have been taught to think of pain as purely physical, which means we miss out on understanding (and addressing) the full picture.

At Health Revolution, we're passionate about this holistic approach and by integrating physiotherapy and psychology services, we aim to help you manage pain in a way that addresses the whole you - enabling you to better understand and take charge of your pain story.

To pick up where Jeanne left off. Walking has many benefits not just for your physical health but also your psychological wellbeing. A 10-minute mindful walk can clear your head, boost your mood, with the benefit of sneaking in some easy exercise. Breathe in, look around, and let your steps reset your day. Your mind & body will thank you! 🚶‍♀️💭

I'm not one for making New Years' resolutions however, last year was a wild ride with all the highs and lows of family life with young kids and a growing business.

My goal for this year is to practise what I preach. I want to develop a practice of being more intentional about slowing down, embracing the small mindful moments and pursuing gratitude for all the things that are easy to miss amidst the chaos of life.

One of my favourite places to find peace, stillness & practise mindfulness is the beach. I am so grateful that we have views like this one on the beautiful Central Coast. For me, there's nothing quite like the smell of the sea, wind rushing through your hair, the rhythmic sound of waves and soaking up the warmth of the sun on my skin.

What's even better, is that research suggests spending time in nature, particularly "blue spaces" can promote better mental health and wellbeing....and it's completely free.
