Happy Winter Solstice and International Day of Yoga! ❄️🧘‍♀️🧘🧘‍♂️
Today marks the shortest day in the Southern Hemisphere, as well as the day we officially celebrate Yoga and everything it brings to humanity.

The theme of International Yoga Day 2025 is 'One Earth, one Health'.
Can we come back to listening to our bodies and working with the seasons instead of constantly doing, being busy, and on the go?
Rest should not be treated as a reward - it is essential for our body, mind, and spirit. It allows us to function optimally.
Just as the earth needs time to slow, rest and regenerate, so do humans. May you take time today and in the cooler months to take care of you, slow down, and rest. What will your self-care look like? 🪷🕉
