While both intuition and fear can guide our decisions, they come from very different places 🤯

Many of us will tend to be led by our “gut feeling” or our “intuition” however these reactions and feelings can come from so many different places including fear & predisposed programming of our brain wiring & thoughts which have all been programmed from our life’s experiences, belief systems & values

🔮 Intuition 👉
- A quiet, inner knowing
- It often feels calm and grounded- not reactive
- Guides you toward what truly resonates with your values and desires

⚠️ Fear 👉
- A reactive response often rooted in past experiences or internal fears some of which you may not even realize
- It can feel overwhelming and chaotic
- Tends to focus on what could go wrong, holding you back from growth

✨ Listen closely & Trust your intuition to lead you forward, while recognizing fear as a natural reaction. Our brains are wired to protect us , keep us safe and comfortable!’ Sometimes not in a useful way
