As we step into the new year, it’s natural to seek answers and clarity but have you ever felt the urge to jump to conclusions just to find closure?

This need is known as cognitive closure!
Cognitive closure represents our desire for certainty~ It can provide immediate relief but may limit our growth and create closed minded tendencies

As we enter 2026 let’s shift our mindset to embrace uncertainty, not having answers/solutions immediately and the possibilities it brings!

Ask Open-Ended Questions Instead of seeking quick answers, explore deeper questions that encourage reflection and insight & recognize we don’t have to answer or act immediately

Practice Mindfulness & Take a moment to pause, breathe and acknowledge your feelings without judgment or resolution

Approach this year with a mindset of discovery, opportunity or even change. Every experience, even the uncertain ones, can lead to valuable lessons & it’s perfectly okay not to have all the answers right away- we are after all human 💁‍♀️
