Bringing Breathwork to the Leading Edge of Disability Support

Today I had the honour of guiding a Breathwork session with an incredible organisation that is truly ahead of its time.

In the disability sector, genuine innovation isn’t just about systems or paperwork it’s about how we support humans to feel, heal, regulate, and reconnect with themselves.

Breathwork has the power to soften overwhelm, bring clarity, reduce stress, and create a sense of safety in the body.
To see an organisation embrace this work… that is leadership.
That is culture change.
That is the future of support.

I’m passionate about bringing Breathwork into disability services because I’ve lived this world as a mum, as a carer, and as someone who understands nervous system overload firsthand.
To witness staff and participants experience stillness, presence, and genuine regulation together was deeply moving.

This organisation is truly leading edge not just talking about wellbeing, but actually doing the work.

Thank you for inviting me into your space and recognising the importance of emotional regulation, embodiment, and trauma-informed care.
This is how we change lives one breath at a time.

Thank you to John and his family for welcoming jack every year. 🌲😊
Jack visits the farm every week of the year to walk around and to watch the trees grow and finally today he gets to bring one home to love.

JACK LOVE IS for THE CHRISTMAS TREE and the smell, he looks forward to working and helping out over December.

Our team has created a warm, safe, and welcoming space for all participants — a place to relax, recharge, build skills, and enjoy meaningful experiences.

What you’ll love about our new home:

Fully accessible, comfortable spaces

A calm, homely environment

Outdoor areas to unwind and explore

Safe, secure, and supported by our amazing team

And don’t forget — alongside our respite home, we also have a fantastic Day Centre offering daily programs, community access, skill-building activities, social groups, and so much more!

We can’t wait to welcome our clients, families, and caregivers through the doors.
