This week we’re celebrating the meaningful progress happening through our Home Exercise Programs (HEPs).

Consistency outside the clinic is a key part of neurological rehabilitation, helping clients build strength, confidence, and functional independence in their everyday environments.

At The Neuro Collective, we tailor each HEP to the individual; ensuring exercises are practical, achievable, and aligned with personal goals. We’re proud of the commitment our clients show at home and grateful to support them every step of the way.
