Tunners family you are AMAZING 🙌🏽 what an arvo! You showed up for yourselves and leant in…very very inspiring each one of you 🙏🏽 to the first timers trying breathwork you guys did so well! So many individual moments and stories from this session I am still blown away now writing this 👊🏽 Katie and the team thanks again for providing a safe and amazing space for Tracy and I to work from. Super grateful to be in the position to help men on their journey in this space 💪🏽 you show up and give everything without judgement and that’s all we can ask for. Spending time to do things for yourself isn’t selfish, it’s rewarding and creates a positive ripple 👊🏽 Breathwork is a powerful tool for you to utilise on your mental health and wellbeing journey, you can practice daily, weekly, solo or within a group environment. Breathwork assists with anxiety, stress, depression and can reset your nervous system….you just have to try 🌬️

Most people simply say NO straight away, others are not 100% keen but show a pinch of interest and either way I can help you explain the benefits and teach you the techniques of how to firstly go about trying cold exposure whether that be an icebath or cold plunge system or even if you visit a fresh water creek!
