One of the biggest differences I notice as a lymphatic drainage therapist is this👇

People often assume inflammation is the problem.

But more often, it’s the body’s inability to resolve it efficiently.

Inflammation itself isn’t the issue.

It’s a necessary biological response.

The issue comes when the body struggles to move through and out of that state.

This is where the lymphatic system becomes relevant, but not in the way most people think.

It’s not just a “detox pathway.”

It’s part of the body’s internal regulation system that helps shift tissues from stress response back into balance.

We talk a lot about blood circulation… but what about the system responsible for clearing everything out?
