Do you know what the neurodiversity paradigm.

It is the polar opposite of the pathologising paradigm we currently live in and I want to have lots of conversations about it so we can return to a paradigm that is more in alignment with our humanness.

Here are some terms to start with:

Neurodiversity - what exists in our society as the range of different types of brains.

Neurotypical - people whose brains operate in the way that most people's do.

Neurodivergent - people whose brains operate in a way that is different to the way that most people's do. Our pathologising paradigm labels them as autistic, ADHD etc.

I’m a solo mum of two and here’s my story of raising my kids and growing my business.

There are lots of parallels actually.

Both have definitely challenged me in ways nothing else has.

I'm glad I leaned into setting up my life and business to suit my unique brain and how I need to operate in the world.
