BF**T was born of an idea. To simply provide one of THE best training systems in Townsville. A health and fitness system set up for those that didn’t want to become one of the “elite” or part of the “In gym crowd”.

Instead we focus exclusively on people like you. People who want to live a full and happy life that includes all the fun stuff we love like: friends, family and a great social life, coupled with the fit, happy and healthy mind and body, that you wish you had a little more of.
