Looking for a workout that keeps things challenging and engaging?

HIIT at BF**T combines short bursts of effort with recovery periods to create a balanced, high-intensity session. Each class includes a mix of simple and more complex movements to keep things varied while helping you build strength, fitness, and endurance over time.
