Emotions can be difficult to identify. Especially when they overlap and contradict each other!!
Working through feelings and emotions with Art materials is a great way to gain some clarity and insight!
Art therapy can help children and adults develop emotional intelligence and skills that will support them for life!

Hey, I'm Gemma. A support worker with a focus on therapeutic arts practice and mindfulness strategies. I'm an art teacher, yoga teacher and am completing my Masters in Arts Therapy. I'm ND and LGBTQIA+ supportive and happy to connect with all people.
I am passionate about creative arts practice and mindfulness through meditation and yoga. These areas have supported myself and my family for many years and I am excited to share them with others.

With 15 years of experience as a secondary school arts teacher I have worked with and supported a range of people with diverse needs.
I enjoy opportunities working one-on-one or with small groups to support people in enhancing their emotional wellbeing, sensory experiences, social connection, and creative self expression through arts practice.
