All my treatments involve powerful yet non-invasive and gentle hands on techniques that focus not just on the symptoms, but on the person as a whole. They may reduce the need for orthotics, surgery, medication and pain relief. Treatments are based on the individual's ability to heal and accordingly, the results will vary. The body strives to heal itself to the best of its ability, and the treatments I offer may help the process. When energy flows through our bodies freely we are healthy and feel well. However, our emotions can deeply affect our energetic and physical wellbeing. For example, when we are emotionally hurt our bodily systems contract and close down, impairing processes such as digestion and the assimilation of experiences. If we sustain the negative feelings, these can obstruct the flow of bodily energy, which in turn can cause toxic build-up in the cells of our organs and muscles, resulting in physical dysfunction: dis-ease and finally disease. Treatments involve coloured light applied on or off the body, through the eyes and via acupuncture points, stimulating energy flow. Treatment times vary for this non-invasive therapy, and it is recommended to wear light-coloured, loose-fitting clothing.

By working on the bones of our feet we are working on the structure of our whole body. Foot Joint Mobilisation (FJM) uses a series of mobilisations to gently realign the bones of the feet, combined with a short series of exercises to be carried out daily at home. The upright body depends completely on the feet. If these are not strong and well-aligned, stresses and weakness are felt elsewhere in the body over time, negatively affecting our mobility. For example, misalignment's of the foot can cause the knee to rotate inwards, affecting the hip, which in turn affects the back, groin and stomach muscles and ultimately even the neck and shoulders. Two treatments per week are required over a 6/8 week period, and simple daily exercises to be carried out at home. Your investment is $45 per appointment. First Appointment $60

Wow what a beautiful & extraordinary story, our precious children🌿🎵🌿 🌿🩵🌿

His name is Rafael. He is a little boy from Brazil. And his story begins not with a miracle, but with a mother who refused to stop looking for answers.
When Rafael was 2 years and 8 months old, his parents noticed something that worried them deeply. Their son had not yet spoken a single word. He did not make eye contact. He did not seem to respond to the world around him the way other children did. His parents wondered, at times, if he could even hear them.
A friend suggested they visit a specialist.
At their first appointment, the neuropediatrician delivered a diagnosis that stopped the family in their tracks: Rafael had severe nonverbal autism. Not fully believing it, his parents sought second and third opinions. Every doctor said the same thing.
Rafael's mother, Juli Lanser Mayer, made a quiet decision in that moment. She would not let fear write her son's story. Whatever it took — whatever time, research, or unconventional path was needed — she would find a way to help him grow into the best version of himself.
Rafael began attending therapy. Months passed. Very little progress.
Then the doctors suggested something unexpected. They recommended giving Rafael a tablet — letting him surf freely, watching whatever caught his attention. His parents were skeptical. It felt like giving up on structure. But with few other options, they agreed.
What happened next changed everything.
One afternoon, Rafael was watching a video in Portuguese on YouTube. When it ended, another video auto-played — this one in English, with a song. For the first time any of them could remember, Rafael reacted with pure, visible joy. His face lit up. He leaned in. He was completely absorbed.
From that moment, something inside him unlocked.
He began watching more English content. Then Spanish. Then Japanese. Then Russian and French and German. His mother noticed, with growing amazement, that her son was not just listening — he was absorbing. He was storing entire languages the way other children store favorite songs. His memory was extraordinary, processing pronunciation, vocabulary, and structure at a speed that left specialists speechless. Native speakers who later heard him speak were stunned — many assumed he must have grown up in their country.
By age 7, Rafael spoke more than 9 languages fluently, including English, Spanish, Japanese, Russian, French, German, and his native Portuguese. Interestingly, Portuguese — the language of his home — was actually the fourth language he learned. English became his most comfortable form of expression, and his parents began learning it themselves just to better connect with their own son.
The languages were only the beginning.
Rafael also discovered music. He fell in love with the piano, keyboard, xylophone, and drums. After just 3 formal music lessons, his teacher reported that he had learned things most students take 3 to 4 years to master. He began composing his own songs — playing them in parks, sharing them with strangers who stopped to listen.
His passion for music caught the attention of Brazilian singer Raffa Torres, one of Rafael's favorite artists. The singer personally invited Rafael to participate in the filming of a DVD. The meeting was, by all accounts, overwhelming and joyful.
Rafael's specialist, who worked closely with him throughout his development, explained it simply: autism is a disorder without a cure, so the priority becomes identifying and enhancing what a child can do — building on their unique capabilities rather than focusing on what is difficult. In Rafael's case, those capabilities turned out to be extraordinary.
His mother put it even more simply: "Love heals from the inside out."
She did not know, in those early frightened months, that her son would one day speak to the world in more languages than most people will ever study. She only knew that she believed in him — and that belief turned out to be the most powerful therapy of all.
Rafael's story does not promise that every child's journey will look the same. It promises something more honest and more important: that potential does not always announce itself on schedule. Sometimes it arrives quietly, through an accidental song on a tablet screen, in a language no one expected — and changes everything.
Believe in your children. Even when the path is unclear. Especially then.
