📚✨ Exploring, learning and getting inspired! ✨📚

Our lovely participant Hayley enjoyed a nice day out at the Albury Library with SW Tennille, taking time to wander through the museum display and even adding their own message to the “How Will You Change the World?” wall.

Afterwards, they soaked up the sunshine with a refreshing juice and some great conversation. ☀️

🐾 Furry friends and feel good moments! 🐱💛
Our lovely participant Emahlie spent time visiting some rescue cats recently, sharing cuddles, building confidence, and giving lots of love to some very deserving animals.

Activities like this support mental health, connection, and empathy, and bring plenty of smiles too! 😺

Our amazing group facilitator and support worker Tennille went above and beyond, organising a beautiful lunch with some of our participants for R U OK day 💛

She even put together thoughtful goodie bags and baked homemade cupcakes — we’re so lucky to have her! 🧁✨

A big thank you, Tennille, for all the love, care, and hard work you put into everything you do, it never goes unnoticed 💛

Plus, our Director Amanda managed to escape the office and join in on the fun too 😁 It was such a lovely day full of laughs, connection, and support.
