If your team can’t say “I disagree” or “I don’t understand” without fear, you don’t have a team — you have an audience.

Fun Fact:
I have ALWAYS been obsessed with palm trees! Some people have an animal spirit, I have a plant spirit 🤷🏼‍♀️. I once won a drawing competition at 10 years of age for drawing a palm tree, and my love for this awesome plant has continued into adulthood. I have approx 37 shirts with palm trees on it (Slight exaggeration but still!). In fact if I pretty much see anything with a palm tree on it there is a 99.9% chance I’ll buy it 🙂 and I even have a palm tree tattoo. There is something about it that has always resonated with me, it invokes a feeling of relaxation, happiness and positivity. (I am also obsessed with mermaids but thats a different story).

‘When are you setting up the Sauna? I was asked a gazillion times today 😆. Followed by ‘I want to be the first one in’ and my personal favourite ‘Can I drink a beer in there?’ 😆😆😆

Well here’s the thing.. I’m sort of a high achiever. Just a wee bit 😆. Yep, it’s pretty obvious to anyone who knows me. And what this means is that I have a whole heap of projects on the go and a trillion things running through my mind! Not to mention the four kids lol. And they are very cute distractions!

So the answer is... who knows? But I promise one thing, I am working my butt off to make it happen and it is on the high priority list 🙌. Along with the painting & decorating, spa menu formulation and the Hot Stone Massage training I have this weekend. Did I mention 4 kids?

Phew!

P.S Anyone know how to build a sauna? (Just kidding, I have instructions...😬)
