I talk a lot about grounding, mindfulness, and getting out in nature 🌿 So here I am this morning practicing what I preach with my youngest adventurer.

We spent time with Geera, the spirit of the mountain, took in the view, hugged trees, responded to birds with whistles, investigated logs, rocks, and holes (safely!), and generally wandered, noticed, and breathed 😌🌿

It’s a bit chilly and wet to walk barefoot at the moment, so we made sure to greet plenty of plants with our hands 🙌 Such a peaceful and refreshing way to start the day ☀️

On returning home, a little yellow ladybug caught my eye 🐞 and I proceeded to explosively spill my takeaway coffee all over myself in my excitement to show E ☕️🫟😅 So maybe avoid that part 😂 But do remember to notice and enjoy the little things 🙏
