Each month on the New Moon we gather to pause, reflect, and consciously orient the path ahead through meditation, ritual, journaling, and shared presence.

Fire Path unfolds over 12 New Moons, each gathering offering a dedicated space to pause, recalibrate, and consciously orient yourself for the month ahead.
Each live session weaves together:
Guided meditation to settle the nervous system and arrive fully
Insight into the energetic themes of the month
A clear intention and mantra to work with across the lunar cycle
A simple, grounded ritual you can return to throughout the month
Journaling prompts for reflection and integration
You are supported to meet yourself exactly where you are — without fixing, striving, or forcing — and to move forward with greater ease and discernment.

This intimate day retreat is a gently held threshold—an invitation to slow down, come back into the body, and consciously complete one energetic cycle as we prepare to step into the next.
Held in Bundeena, this gathering marks the closing of the year of the Snake—a year of shedding, depth, and internal transformation—and the opening toward the year of the Horse, with its call toward movement, vitality, and aligned forward momentum.

Throughout the day, we will work somatically, allowing the body to lead the process of release and integration. Through guided movement, stored tension and old patterns are invited to unwind naturally, creating space for clarity, softness, and truth to emerge.
Sound will be woven through the experience, supporting deep states of listening and inner attunement. Rather than “doing,” this day invites a quality of being—where insight arises from presence, and change happens through listening rather than force.

Two tea ceremonies will anchor the day. We will begin with Mugwort, a plant ally traditionally used for intuition, dreaming, and liminal states—supporting deep inward listening and threshold awareness. Later, we will sit with White Lotus/Lily, opening the heart, calming the nervous system, and inviting purity, clarity, and gentle integration.
There will be time for quiet inquiry, reflection, and rest, as well as a shared light lunch prepared with care. With only eight participants, this is a deeply personal and intimate space—one that honours subtlety, safety, and the intelligence of the body.

Heart of the Solstice

A sacred gathering to receive the sun’s medicine and plant seeds for the path ahead. When the sun stands at its highest point and we are bathed in its longest light, we meet in the heart of the Solstice. This is a time of celebration and of stillness—a sacred pause between what has been and what is yet to come. The Earth blooms in fullness, and we, too, are invited to open, to receive, and to shine. Our ceremony begins by arriving deeply in the body through breath and somatic movement, awakening our connection to the earth beneath and the light above. We will be guided by the gentle yet potent presence of plant allies, whose wisdoms and energies will ground us into the moment and expand our senses. From this place of embodied presence, we will journey into an activated sound experience—a river of light language, ancient tones, and vibrational instruments. Here, sound becomes medicine, clearing the past, illuminating the present, and opening space for what longs to grow. Together, we will honour the year that has been—its beauty, its challenges, its transformations—and plant seeds of intention for the seasons ahead. As the sun begins its slow return toward the dark, we will carry the Solstice light in our hearts, a steady flame to guide us through the turning of the year.
