What a beautiful way to pause before wrapping up our 2025 classes 🤍

led our final sound healing session of the year, and it was exactly what we needed. A chance to turn inward, reflect on the year that has passed, and find our way back to balance.

We’re delighted to announce that for the new year this offering will return as a monthly practice, guiding you through the healing power of sound and vibration.

Thank you to all that joined us so far and for Gayle, offering her gift and creating such a divine space for us to experience it.

One of our OG Pilates queens, Alicia is serving up a whole lot of goodness on your Reformer timetable!

We’re obsessed with her hands-on coaching, crystal-clear cues, tunes and her undeniable love for a cheeky 🌶️ burn session.

In 2026 you’ll catch .fit.with.leash every Tuesday and Thursday at 6am, 7am, 8am, 9:30am & 10:30am.

But until then, this switched-on chick is jumping in to run a handful of classes to help us finish the year strong!
