✦ brings the new Fascial Manoeuvres class at 8:30am on Saturdays
✦ kicks off our Saturday Yoga at 9:30am
✦ The Pilates gals shift across different days but same amazing times
✦ .fit.with.leash is back for Wednesday Mat classes 5:00pm & 6:00pm blokes Pilates

We’re back into Term 2 as of Monday with what we think is an epic line-up of classes!!!

Our much loved Saturday Yoga is back (yay!) with joining the weekly rotation and taking our very first class of the term 🧘‍♀️

We’re also so excited to welcome Mel from bringing a regular Saturday morning class at 8:30am which we think is the dream start to your weekend.

Tony is back for Thursday night Yin, and we want to send a big thank you to for holding the space so beautifully while he was away in India 🤍 We also send so much love to Jemma, who will be welcoming her second little love into the world, we are so excited to watch your family grow!

Behind the scenes, we’re working on some exciting changes as we wrap up renovations… think more reformer, more yoga, heated classes, more mornings and more nights✨

We can’t wait to see you in the studio x
