Art therapy 🎨

These art therapy sessions are designed to support participants in building confidence in their art-making abilities while encouraging creative self-expression in a supportive and inclusive environment. Through engaging in hands-on artistic activities, participants will have the opportunity to explore their creativity, develop new skills, and experience a sense of pride and achievement by creating a personal artwork to take home. The session also fosters social interaction, helping participants connect with others and build self-confidence through shared artistic experiences.

$55 per session

👋 Meet Liane, the newest member of the Balanced team!

With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Liane brings not only a wealth of knowledge but a deep passion for helping others and giving back to the community.

Her commitment to service runs in the family... she’s raised her four daughters to do the same, with all of them actively involved in community work and serving as youth leaders in Indigenous communities during school holidays.

When she’s not giving back, you’ll find Liane enjoying a quiet day fishing or preparing her favourite dish - lovo, a traditional Fijian hängi-style feast.

We’re thrilled to have her on board!
