I am excited to share LY with the Wynnum Manly Community and add this wonderful wellbeing practice to the host of services that I offer. Yoga and Laughter Yoga has played an integral role in supporting my health and happiness including overcoming depression, anxiety and panic attacks and navigating life as a busy neurodivergent mum and business owner. These practices have changed my life and I am so grateful for the opportunity to share them with you to bring you better health, happiness and connection to yourself and the world around you

HISTORY & BENEFITS OF LAUGHTER YOGA
Developed over 29 years ago by Dr Madan Kataria in India LY has been proven to have many health and wellbeing benefits and is a great way to make meet new friends
I fell in love with Laughter Yoga when I did my Yoga Teacher Training in Bali in 2018 and loved how light and bright I felt after just one LY session. I have since learned there are so many more benefits including these below
* Cognitive improvement including memory, creativity, problem solving with increase in oxygen to the brain
*,Relaxation and reduced stress and anxiety, reducing cortisol and relaxing the body and mind
* Physical Benefits with improved immunity and increase in blood flow and detoxification in the body

We meet monthly in Manly Drevesen Park on the 4th Tuesday of the Month
