Today is my first clinic day for 2026 🤍
Thank you to all my beautiful clients, new and returning, for the bookings already made this year.

I’ve just returned from a five-week trip to Ireland, a journey that has been deeply healing in so many ways. It allowed me the space to truly rest, restore, and go deeper within my own path.

Ireland, you have given me the greatest gifts, the gift of serenity, the gift of acceptance, and above all, the gift of love.

As I step back into clinic with a full and open heart, I’m now welcoming bookings for the coming weeks.

🌿 Clinic Update 🌿

To all my wonderful clients, I wanted to let you know that my last day in clinic will be Friday, 21st November 2025, as my family and I will be heading back to Ireland 🇮🇪 for a visit.

The clinic will reopen on Friday, 9th January 2026.

Today I was gifted my favourite thing — flowers 💐
If you look closely, there’s a daisy just as I remember them. I haven’t seen them like this in Australia before — the kind that grow freely in gardens.

When my beautiful client gave me these, it instantly took me back to childhood days of making daisy chains and bracelets — a time of innocence, nature, and simple joy.

It’s a gentle reminder not to take life too seriously. Step outside, feel the sunshine, and make some daisy chains 🌼

This beautiful client first brought her daughter to me for sessions, and soon realised it was time to give that same care and attention to herself. I’m so excited to see what the future holds for you and your beautiful family 💛

To sit and watch the gentle ripples of the ocean reminds me of what it feels like to connect with a client—the soft, natural flow of primary respiration. 🌊✨

When our nervous system has been impacted by stress or trauma, this flow can feel disrupted, out of sync. Craniosacral Therapy supports the body in restoring this natural rhythm, bringing it back into harmony.

From this place of balance, health and wellbeing can naturally arise. 💫

This beautiful client came to me experiencing facial heaviness, constant pressure, and tenderness that had been with her for some time. After countless tests, X-rays, and even an MRI, no answers were found.

She came across Craniosacral Therapy and decided to book in straight away. Her openness and willingness to receive healing have brought outstanding results in such a short period of time. ✨

It’s always such an honour to witness the body respond when given the space and support it needs. 💛

My clients are my greatest teachers… and my greatest triggers!

This week, something landed deeply for me. I realised how much I was outsourcing instead of insourcing.

I was looking outside of myself for answers—for clarity, direction, peace. Putting my energy into what others thought, what technology said, what the “right” thing looked like… and the more I did that, the more agitated and disconnected I felt.

Yes, we all need support. But I was reminded that I also need me. My own presence. My own truth. My own inner guidance.
And I had drifted from that.

People often ask me, what is Craniosacral Therapy?
Yes, it supports the nervous system.
Yes, it helps clear trauma, pain and emotional stuckness.
But at its heart—it’s about empowerment.
It’s about giving you back to you.
Your voice. Your wisdom. Your wholeness.

So thank you to my beautiful clients. You reminded me this week that healing isn’t just something I hold space for—it’s something I live and breathe through, too.
I’m so grateful for the mirror you hold up.

All I needed today was to be surrounded by nature to receive the clarity I needed and the best part it’s free ✨
