Hello Spring! 🌱The weather’s warming up and it’s a great time to get outside and enjoy the fresh air! And why not work towards some of those OT goals as well?

Here are some fun ideas to help regulate your body in the spring (or anytime really). You could try doing some gardening, smelling flowers, outside play such as playgrounds or bike riding, or even just standing barefoot on the grass. 🌼🌸
