The early sounds of labour

Keeping upright with the tens machine going was where I had to be in my early labour with Joey. I had just got to the Family birth centre and was having some strong contractions every 4 minutes. The pool was being filled up and I was trying to distract myself with other early labour tool. If you listen I even say “oh dear” I think my second labour I knew what they feel like and the intensity of each one coming over me. I try to breath and make whatever noises which helped in this early stages of labour. Within the hour I was naked in the pool being a lot louder and doing whatever I did to be emerald deep in “labour land”

My go to podcasts at the moment! Sometimes I try a audio book but a drive or a job when my ear pods can go in I’m grateful for these podcasts making me feel good, challenging ideas, sharing mum hacks and sometimes having a laugh!

Anyone else have anything they want to recommend that’s good in the ears right now in this season of our lives?
