Hi everyone,

There’s a big moment ahead for Agoy Yoga — and we’d love you to be part of it.

Our Goodbye, Hello Party is coming up this Saturday 8 November, and it’s shaping up to be something special. There’ll be champagne, cake, prizes, and plenty of heart. (Trust me — champagne and cake are a great combo… you just haven’t tried it yet!)

If you’re thinking you might not know anyone at the party — don’t worry, we’ve got you. We’ll be running a few light-hearted icebreaker games to help everyone connect, learn some names, and share a few laughs. You might just leave with a new yoga buddy (or two) to say hello to next time you’re in class.

Over the past few weeks, members have been saying their goodbyes and sharing kind words like, “I love coming here, I hope it’s not going to change.”
You can rest easy — it’s business as usual at Agoy. The same teachers, same classes, same welcoming space — just no Kate.

I’ll save the heartfelt stuff for my farewell speech, but please do come along to celebrate, connect, and meet the new owners, Courtney and Nikki, as we step into this exciting new chapter together.

Five years ago, Kate took a leap and became the owner of Agoy Yoga — and what a journey it’s been. Together, we’ve grown, sweated, laughed, and built a community that feels more like family.

Now, it’s time for a new chapter.

Agoy Yoga has been sold — and it couldn’t be a better outcome.

The studio is being passed into the hands of Courtney and Nikki, two incredible women who are already beloved teachers and part of the very fabric of Agoy.

Nikki is newer to the studio but no stranger to the community, having stepped in as a substitute teacher over the years.

Courtney has been in the trenches for over a year — teaching, supporting, and helping keep the wheels turning behind the scenes.

Their deep connection to our students, our space, and our spirit makes them the perfect people to carry Agoy forward.

To mark this moment of change and celebration, we’re hosting a Goodbye, Hello Party — and you’re invited!
