We're Hiring: Support Worker

Disability and Aged Care Support
We provide high-quality Disability and Aged Care Support Services in Yeppoon/ Rockhampton/ Emu Park/ Gracemere regions. The goal is to make each of our participants’ lives easier, fairer and more involved by participating within their own communities.
Essential Criteria:
Certificate 3 in any of the following: aged care, individual support, allied health and;
● Demonstrated commitment to supporting and promoting the individual needs of our unique customers
● Demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships with our customers and to support their individual care plans, including goals
● Flexibility to work on a 24/7 roster; you will be required to work across morning, afternoon and active night shifts, including weekend and public holiday shifts
● Experience supporting customers with intellectual disability, high physical support needs and medical / health needs
● Willing to travel between Rockhampton/ Yeppoon/ Emu Park and Gracemere
● A current Driver's Licence and comprehensive car insurance.
● Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain
● NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain
● Current First Aid and CPR certificate or willingness to obtain
● Current Police check or willingness to obtain
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
