🌿 This past weekend I took part in a Land Healing Level 1 Course with Hayley Wallace from Land Healings.

Hayley guided us through how to connect with the energy of the land to sense, clear, and how to restore balance to the Earth for the highest good of those involved.

When the land you live on is healed, the whole space feels lighter, calmer, and more harmonious. Plants thrive, animals settle, and people feel clearer, more supported, and at peace. 💚

💖 My friends mean the world to me 🌏

I’d travel across the world to see them, and recently, I did! ✈️

Visiting Ayano in beautiful Kagoshima, Japan, filled my heart in the best way.

Even though we speak different languages (my Japanese is terrible! 🙄), it never feels like a barrier. The language of love and laughter says everything that words can’t. 💕

Friendship like that is rare and timeless, filled with pure joy and understanding.

🌿 Do you ever feel “all in your head” ... racing thoughts, overthinking, or that restless buzz of stress?
That’s often a sign your energy isn’t grounded.

When we’re ungrounded, it’s easy to feel anxious, scattered, and disconnected from ourselves.

✨ A simple grounding practice can bring you back into your body and restore calm:

Stand with bare feet on the earth (grass, sand, or soil works best).

Take 3–5 slow breaths.

Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet deep into the earth.

With each exhale, release tension down through those roots.

With each inhale, draw in stability and calm.

Even 2–3 minutes of this practice can shift your energy, helping you feel steady, supported, and present. 🌸

🌷 When was the last time you felt truly connected to yourself, not as a mum, partner, or professional, but as you?

Here’s a simple practice:
🌿 Place both hands on your heart.
🌿 Close your eyes.
🌿 Take 3 slow breaths.

Now ask yourself:
✨ “What do I need right now?”

Listen closely ... the answer may arrive as a soft whisper in your mind, a gentle feeling in your body, or an image that arises. 💛
It could be something small, like a glass of water, a stretch, a moment of quiet. Or it could be bigger... more rest, more joy, or a change you’ve been longing for.

The whisper is your intuition. Your body’s wisdom. It never shouts, but it always knows.

✨ The more you practice listening, the louder and clearer it becomes.
