✨ A little bit of magic has arrived in the clinic ✨

I’m so excited to now have these beautiful affirmation cards in the space, created by our incredibly talented local artist Jet James Artist The artwork alone carries such a calming, reflective energy, and it feels really special to be able to share them with clients during sessions.

My card for today 🌸

✨ “I carry the light through darkness.
Through suffering, I am guided back to peace.”

A gentle reminder that even in the harder seasons, there is always a path back to peace.

Supporting local artists and bringing beautiful tools like this into the clinic makes the space feel even more intentional. I can’t wait for clients to experience these. 🤍

Do you blame the lettuce?
Or do you check the soil, the sunlight, the water?

We don’t yell at the plant.
We adjust the environment.

In kinesiology, the trapezius isn’t just a muscle of movement it’s deeply connected to energetic flow through the Gallbladder and Triple Warmer meridians, pathways linked to decision-making, overwhelm, and our stress response.

When these meridians are under pressure, we may notice:

🌿 Self Love Starts Here 🌿

I truly believe self love is the foundation of everything, but I didn’t always see that.
About 8 years ago, when I first started dating my now husband, I used to say negative things about myself without even noticing. It was just normal conversation to me.
One day he said something that completely stopped me.
He looked at me and said,
🚨“Stop saying mean things about my girlfriend.”🚨
And honestly… it caught me off guard.
I realised I had been speaking to myself in a way I would never speak to someone I loved. I was so used to those thoughts and words that I didn’t even hear them anymore.
That moment made me pause and it planted a seed.
Because when you start changing the way you speak to yourself, everything else slowly begins to change too.

When your self love is full, life feels different.
🌸You naturally create healthier boundaries.
🌸You stop tolerating poor behaviour.
🌸You care for your body differently.
🌸You invest in your wellbeing.
